From September 26 – October 25, the pathway to Pro Tour: London begins with Pro Quest events taking place at local game stores around the world. Featuring Usurp the Shadow Throne Limited and Classic Constructed, Pro Quest will both challenge players and reward them with immense riches.
The winner of each Pro Quest event will receive an invite to Pro Tour: London. If they do, they will be restricted from playing any further Pro Quest: London events in order to give other players a chance at winning an invite. Pro Quest events are competitive, but also open entry, allowing newer and veteran players to come together for some truly exceptional gameplay, learning and growing together as they prepare for the next leg of the Flesh and Blood World Tour!
Winning a Classic Constructed Pro Quest event earns points for your hero on the Living Legend leaderboard, with weekly checks commencing every Monday (United States time). Any hero that crosses the 1000-point threshold attains Living Legend status and, along with their signature weapon, will no longer be legal for official Classic Constructed tournament play effective from the Friday of that same week. This means some high-ranking heroes could rotate out of the game mid-season, creating a fluid and dynamic metagame to keep players on their toes!

Quick Questions
I’m new – can I join?
Yes! Pro Quest events are open to everybody, just be prepared for fierce competition!
What do I need to bring?
If you’re attending a Limited event, bring sleeves, dice, and a pen for card pool registration.If you’re attending a Classic Constructed event, you’ll need to bring a legal deck, and we also recommend bringing sleeves, a deckbox, and either dice or pen to track life totals.
What should I expect on the day?
Expect several rounds of competitive games, plus a potential cut to Top 8 single elimination if your event has more than 8 players. Players are expected to know the game rules and play at a reasonable pace. A judge will oversee the event, handling any questions or issues regarding rules.
If you’re attending a Limited event, you will first open packs and the cards will be registered, as directed by the tournament organizer. In Sealed Deck events, you open 8 packs and those cards are yours to use. In Booster Draft events, you sit in a pod of players (usually 8) and each open 3 packs (one at a time), picking a card and passing the rest until none are left, then the cards you drafted are yours to use. You will be given time to build a deck before games begin.
Even though Pro Quests are competitive, the experience is still fun and exciting. Remember that the reason players are there is because they enjoy playing great games!
Are decklists required?
For Classic Constructed events, yes. For Limited events, your card pool will be registered.
What happens if I make Top 8?
Congratulations! Making it to the Top 8 is an achievement on its own. You’ll receive a special promo card for your efforts, then you’ll proceed to play in single elimination against the other Top 8 players. If you win, you proceed to the semi-finals, then the finals. If you lose, your tournament run is over, but you should be proud of how far you got!
If your event is Limited, you’ll draft a new deck in Top 8.
If I win a Pro Quest tournament, can I play another Pro Quest tournament this season?
No. If you win a Pro Quest: London event, you cannot enter another Pro Quest: London event during this season. This is to ensure that other players get a chance at winning an invitation to Pro Tour: London. This rule stands regardless of whether an event is Limited or Classic Constructed.
I’m not very good at Flesh and Blood yet – Am I ready to join a Pro Quest?
Yes! One of the best ways to grow stronger as a player is to attend a competitive event such as Pro Quest. As long as you set realistic expectations, aim to play your best, and focus on having fun, then you’ll have a great time. You’ll learn lots from experienced players, your skills will greatly improve, and you may even surprise yourself with how well you do!
