Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data Fabled collects, why, who we share it with and how you exercise your rights under Brazil’s data protection law (LGPD).
1. Who we are
Fabled is a platform for Flesh and Blood articles and communities, operated in Brazil. We are the controller of the data described here.
2. Data we collect
Account data (email, name and a hashed password, or your Google sign-in); profile data you choose to add (display name, bio, photo, pronouns, birth date, city, social links, favorite card and hero); the content you publish (articles, posts, comments, likes); and technical usage data (IP address, browser and server logs, for security and read counts).
3. Cookies
We only use necessary cookies: the session cookie that keeps you signed in, and the language cookie. No advertising cookies.
4. Why we use your data
To run your account and publish what you write (performance of contract), to protect the platform from abuse and fraud (legitimate interest), and to meet legal obligations. Age and city only appear on your profile if you choose to show them.
5. Who we share it with
Only with the providers that host Fabled, to run the service. We don’t sell your data.
6. International transfer
Some of these providers process data outside Brazil. In those cases we require adequate safeguards, as the LGPD provides.
7. How long we keep it
For as long as your account exists. When you delete your account we delete your data; technical security logs are kept for as long as the law requires.
8. Your rights
You can access, correct and export your data, and delete your account at any time in settings. For anything else, write to contato@fabled.com.br.
9. Children and teens
Fabled is for people 13 and older. Anyone under 18 should use it with a parent or guardian’s knowledge.
