By creating an account or using Fabled, you agree to these terms.
1. Who can use it
People 13 and older. Anyone under 18, with a parent or guardian’s knowledge.
2. Your account
You’re responsible for what happens on your account and for keeping your password safe. One person, one account.
3. Your content
What you publish stays yours. You give us permission to display, machine-translate and distribute it within Fabled while it’s published.
4. House rules
Don’t publish plagiarism or other people’s content without permission, don’t harass anyone, don’t spam, and don’t use the platform for fraud or illegal activity. Be honest about using AI.
5. Flesh and Blood intellectual property
Flesh and Blood and its elements, including card images, are trademarks and property of Legend Story Studios, used with attribution. Fabled is not affiliated with Legend Story Studios.
6. Moderation
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms or the law.
7. Work in progress
Fabled is in early access: expect bugs, changes and interruptions. The service is provided as is, without warranties.
8. Liability
Each author is responsible for what they publish. We’re not liable for user content or indirect damages, to the extent the law allows.
9. Ending your account
You can delete your account whenever you want, in settings.
10. Governing law
