If I trigger Viserai, the Forsaken twice on the stack, do I traverse into Viserai, Usurper and then traverse back again?
No. You will traverse once, and any additional traverse effect will fail.
Traverse effects are idempotent – they refer to flipping the current active side of your hero to the current inactive side. If the back-side of that hero card were to change before the trigger resolves, or there is not a valid back-side to traverse to, then the traverse effect would fail to resolve.
Tyler, playing Viserai, the Forsaken, has lost life this turn. They play and resolve Read the Runes, creating 3 Runechant tokens and triggering Viserai, the Forsaken’s effect. Before the trigger resolves, Tyler plays Funeral Moon as an instant. When this resolves there are now two Viserai, the Forsaken triggers on the stack – both of which (when resolved) will traverse Viserai, the Forsaken. When the first trigger resolves, Tyler will banish 1 card from the top of their deck and traverse to the back-side of their hero: Viserai, Usurper. When the second Viserai, the Forsaken trigger resolves, Tyler will banish 1 card from the top of their deck, and fail to traverse because they are already Viserai, Usurper.

If I use Chains of Consecration on an attacking Corrupted Corpse, will its controller still get an action point from go again?
Yes.
Chains of Consecration requires you to target an ally, and when it resolves generates a shielding-prevention effect that prevents all damage from that ally for the rest of the turn. If this prevention applies to damage that would be dealt by a Shadow ally, then that ally is banished face-down as part of the prevention applied to that damage event. If that damage would be dealt as part of the damage calculation from an attacking Shadow ally, then the ally would be banished during the damage calculation.

Normally, if the source of an attack ceases to exist before the damage step of combat, then the combat chain closes. However, if the source of the attack ceases during the damage step (during damage calculation), then the combat chain stays open and Last Known Information (LKI) about that attack is used to determine its properties. Namely, whether it had go again.
Tyler attacks Nic with a Corrupted Corpse. In the reaction step Nic plays Chains of Consecration, targeting the attacking Corrupted Corpse. In the damage step, Chains of Consecration’s prevention effect applies during the damage calculation and stops all incoming damage from the Corrupted Corpse. Because the Corrupted Corpse is a Shadow ally, it is banished face-down during damage calculation, and Last Known Information is used to determine that it had go again. When the chain link resolves, Tyler will gain 1 action point.

If I’m Blasmophet, Levia Consumed and I Create a Blasmophet, the Insatiable Hunger token, can I clear my Hero?
Yes… but it would be a bad idea.
The unique keyword means you can only control 1 Blasmophet at a time, and uniqueness stems from a permanent’s moniker. In the case of “Blasmophet, Levia Consumed” and “Blasmophet, the Insatiable Hunger”, they share the moniker of “Blasmophet”. It is important to note that cards only with “person names” have monikers. For example, Blasmophet’s Boon and Shadow of Blasmophet have no moniker at all and aren’t considered for effects like unique.
When performing the game state action for ensuring uniqueness, you will clear permanents with the moniker (Blasmophet) until one of the following is met:
There is only a single permanent with the given moniker (i.e. 1 Blasmophet)
There are no permanents with the given moniker that have unique (i.e. any number of Blasmophet, but none with unique)
In Classic Constructed, where Levia can control 3 different permanents with the Blasmophet moniker, this can lead to situations where you either clear every Blasmophet that isn’t a single Blasmophet, the Insatiable Hunger, or you clear all copies of Blasmophet, the Insatiable Hunger and keep your other Blasmophet permanents.
Tyler controls Blasmophet, Levia Consumed and a Blasmophet, the Soul Harvester token. They create a Blasmophet, the Insatiable Hunger token and as a game state action must clear permanents with the same moniker as Blasmophet, the Insatiable Hunger until the uniqueness constraint is satisfied. Tyler clears Blasmophet, Levia Consumed and no longer controls a hero, thereby losing the game.

I have no weapons and activate Deadly Spinneret, my opponent activates Ripple Away, do I create any Graphene Chelicera?
Yes. You will create 1 Graphene Chelicera, since Ripple Away will reduce the token creation portion of the multi-event by 1.
Deadly Spinneret’s activated ability produces a complex multi-event: for each of your empty weapon zones, you will create and then equip a Graphene Chelicera token. The number of tokens you’re creating is determined BEFORE replacement effects apply and replacement effects that would apply to an event that is part of a multi-event do so only once. In this case, Ripple Away reduces the total number of tokens created by Deadly Spinneret by 1. This is similar to Ripple Away’s interaction with Rake the Embers.
Tyler has 1 empty weapon zone and activates the instant ability of Deadly Spinneret. Before it resolves, Nic activates the instant ability of Ripple Away. When Deadly Spinneret’s activated ability resolves, Tyler will create and equip 0 Graphene Chelicera in total.

If I Banish my Opponent’s Open the Gate to i’Arathael from their deck with Leave No Witnesses, Do I create a Token?
No. Your opponent will create a Gate to i’Arathael token.
Instructions on a card are written from the perspective of the controller of the card, or from the perspective of the owner in the case where there is no controller. When banishing Open the Gate to i’Arathael from your opponent’s deck, its triggered ability instructs its owner (your opponent) to create a Gate to i’Arathael token, regardless of which player is responsible for the banish.
Tyler attacks Nic with Leave No Witnesses. It hits, and Tyler banishes Open the Gate to i’Arathael from the top of Nic’s deck. The Leave No Witnesses’ contract trigger resolves and creates a Silver token, and Open the Gate to i’Arathael’s trigger resolves and creates a Gate to i’Arathael token under Nic’s control.
